Has your website lost its groove?
I find it remarkable how many websites I stumble across that haven’t been updated for many months, or even years! Lovingly created and launched, they’re left floating online, quickly becoming outdated and irrelevant. I suspect these are also the business owners convinced that internet marketing isn’t worth investing any more money in!
The simple fact is that allowing your website to remain static for a long period of time guarantees you won’t be getting the most out of your marketing investment.
These days, customers are quick to identify outdated content and will hastily move on to find more relevant, up-to-date information.
Half the challenge is actually getting customers to find your website. Once they’ve found you, statistics reveal that viewers spend only a few seconds on your home page before deciding whether to explore further or move on. Keeping customers interested in your website (and business) is more important now ever before as they’re guaranteed to find what they’re looking for elsewhere online.
So, when was the last time your updated your website?
There are many ways to keep your content relevant without having to rewrite large slabs of text. Announce events that your business is involved in or sponsoring. Share the achievement of your employees. Receive a glowing review from a client? Share it! Have you won an award, published a press release, launched a new product or released a new product brochure? Announce it!
Regularly updated content will see you well on your way to achieving online success for your business.

Hi Sonja, I couldn’t of said it better myself. A website needs to have its own presence, almost an aura of sorts to engage the user and fresh content is the easiest and most rewarding way to do this. Keep up the great work. Cheers.
