  • Meet the team – 2 minutes with John

    We’re very excited to welcome John Hunt to the Sonic team. He’s a super talented web developer who’s always keen for a new challenge. John is a valued addition to the team.

    Get to know a little bit about John.

    How do you like to waste your time?

    At the pub, watching movies with my wife, cycling, sitting around eating etc.. I wish there was more time for these things!

    What do you love about your job?

    The fact that at the end of the day I feel like I’ve really got a lot done – we work pretty hard here at Sonic, it’s a lot more satisfying than my old job.

    What’s your favourite alcohol beverage?

    Beer, but I couldn’t tell you a specific one as I enjoy many, many different ones from lagers to bitters, stouts and other ales.

    If you could have coffee with anyone (dead or alive), who would it be and why?

    Probably my dad as I don’t get to see him much (he lives in the UK with the rest of my family.) Plus he enjoys coffee even more than me!

    If you were a cartoon character, who would you be and why?

    That’s a good question, perhaps the Cheshire cat from Alice in wonderland… I’ve no idea why.
